UPS basically lost my package for two weeks. Then told me that I had to pay extra “warehouse fees” for the two weeks that my package just sat there in their Louisville KY warehouse. Bottom line here is, some amazing person named Sarah was able to sort everything out and my package was delivered very shortly after my initial contact with her. Thanks Sarah! You rock!
