It was refreshing to deal with a company that has not only amazing items their customer service is fantastic.

customer service was a bit hard to reach at first as it was big sale time—but once I did, they were great, followed up snd delivered on their promises(s) ! Got my delivery here early, the driver identified a dent that occurred in transit — and they arranged for brand new to come instead! The furniture looks great/- restoration hardware quality at 1/3 the price!

For weeks I scoured the internet for the perfect sofa and finally found HD Buttercup. I hadn't heard of them but a quick google search proved they were legit. I took a chance on a leather sofa that looked ideal and was very reasonably priced. I was a little nervous having it shipped across the country but HD communications with me in the days after purchase to discuss shipment, white glove, etc were good. A few weeks later my perfect gorgeous comfy sofa arrived. Overall very smooth process. Would shop here again.

Over 40 days to send me shipping info instead of 10. 0 customer service support. Awful experience, avoid this company!

I ordered white glove delivery. The products arrived in boxes with the delivery company refusing to assemble the products. They took the products back to the warehouse. I had to contact he buttercup 20 times, it took 3 weeks and ultimately I had to get in contact with the shippers myself to get my products, which still arrived in assembled. Customer service was completely unhelpful and impossible to contact

Ordered floor lamps — unfortunately the lamp would not stay upright but tilt a good 30 degrees or so. Called customer service for return and refund. The rep, Daysha, promised to send me the return label but instead sent a generic email on the return process. For a good 2 weeks I tried calling back and sending emails with no avail. I finally asked for the manager email and contacted Heather. She was fantastic. She took care of return and refund promptly. Maybe the company needs to invest for Heather to build a better customer support team? I will never shop at HD Buttercup again.

One of the boxes was prettier thrashed. It was really very heavy. I would have preferred several boxes. The driver had to bring them in on a large dolly. The items are beautiful.
