We had wonderful service from Nathan at HD Buttercup. However, we would have appreciated more accurate information regarding blended rugs using viscose. We love our rug but worry constantly about any moisture (including water) that may permanently ruin the rug. We would not have bought a rug with viscose in it if we knew what we know now. I hope the management team will inform their customers of this risk and let them make a more informed decision about what type of rug to purchase.
