I heard about the Fast Metabolism Diet on the John Carlson Show in Seattle. I've been heavy all my life and have tried literally hundreds of diets. But I trust John and thought I would give it a try. My husband and I did it together. I've always had a hard time losing weight. To my amazement I lost 6 pounds the first week! I'm able to eat plenty of food that is satisfying. It was hard to give up alcohol and coffee, but after the first week I was sold. It's now been a month, and I've lost 12 pounds. Unheard of for me. I see us making this eating plan a way of life. I cannot do with out this product. I drink one of these shakes everyday! My skin is clear, so are my eyes. I have a hard time eating my veggies, but this helps to get nutrients into my body. I feel like this product has helped me and my husband to look younger than we are.
