Wonderful! My HAYGAIN arrived within six days of placing the order. I have a mini with a mild case of heaves and his cough has been reduced by 90% and I never hear my Welsh pony cough. I now believe every equine owner should have one and there is nothing difficult about using one. I purchased the mid size steamer and now my husband wants to purchase the large one.

Did not tell me at time of purchase (which I did over the phone) there was going to be a long delay for the product to be shipped

Our delivery was delayed due to supply chain challenges. Throughout the supply chain challenges, the customer service was exemplary, above and beyond. The empathy they shared was genuine. We felt that they really cared and were as concerned as we were. Once the units arrived, they initiated expedited shipping on their own and at their cost. Excellent service, wish more Companies took their product this seriously!

The hose attachment for our steamer broke from wear and tear from haveon to disconnect and store inside due to freezing temps. We couldn’t find a replacement part locally. Called Haygain and they quickly ordered the part for us. It arrived sooner than expected in less than a week.

Does exactly what you said it would! Slowed her eating up, saved bedding as she doesn’t waste it all over the floor and in to her bed and keeps the water bucket clean as she usually likes to dunk it! She even helped us to assemble it!!!

Product is fine but receiving letters from fedex advising they are taking me to court. Every time I highlight this I am advised it is being dealt with … clearly not as per my 3rd letter received 10/12/22

Easy to use and soon got into a daily routine. My only criticism is that the drip tray supplied has sides about 2.5cm high whereas the gap below the bottom of the chest is only 0.5cm. So we are using an old baking tray instead.

I like your products very much. Nice design and easy to assemble. But my horses reassemble the forager on a daily base. It’s too easy for them, to take of the top ring. And from there they take it down completely. Sorry, but that is very disappointing!
