BOILERS DON'T LAST!!
STAY CLEAR!!! The boiler units DO NOT LAST! Our unit is handled carefully and only used for 2 steamings a day for an asthmatic horse. We had to buy a new boiler because the first one died. The new one leaked water into the compartment where the wires are and shorted it out. . . . and now you can;t find someone to sell you JUST the boiler unit! I'm furious! We are a small nonprofit horse rescue and sanctuary that has limited financial resources and we get stuck without a working steamer.

All 4 regulators broke within
All 4 regulators broke within a few days of use and were substandard, one was broken on arrival. I’m still waiting for replacements and can’t get hold of anyone at Haygain UK by phone or email.

Very impressed with the steamer only criticism is the small funnel so got a bigger one with a filter which stops hay getting in the steamer
