I cannot fault the service from haygain at all. I ordered the wrong size flexineb for my horse and was panicking that the vet was coming the next day to provide medication. I contacted haygain and they sent a new one out immediately on emergency delivery and picked the other one up at the same time. Only qualm I have is I ordered everything 3 weeks too soon! I bought a hay steamer and a flixineb and then 3 weeks later, it was buy a haygain and get a flexineb free! Could have saved a few pennies. However, can I put a price on my horses comfort now he can breath better?
