Very happy with my steamer, very reliable, had for 16 years. Find a real benefit using it especially in the summer with dry dusty weather!

No problem with shipping or service, I don't think the replacements are as good as the original

All 4 regulators broke within a few days of use and were substandard, one was broken on arrival. I’m still waiting for replacements and can’t get hold of anyone at Haygain UK by phone or email.

Still waiting for response to emails sent around Oct/November last year. Couldn’t get any attention at London Horse show so walked away.

Very impressed with the steamer only criticism is the small funnel so got a bigger one with a filter which stops hay getting in the steamer

Works well, very helpful staff, horses love steamed hay.

We were a little uncertain whether the forager would really deliver as it said it would. However it is fantastic. Our pony is greedy and it has really slowed down her eating. She took it straightaway. Quality so far is great. Once you have filled it a couple of times it is very easy. Would recommend
