Disappointed with Customer Service (Alex Brown) who took days to respond with incomplete information. Trying to understand why the twill shirts received are plain weaved and super thin like poplin. I know these and have bought there for years.

Customer service is terrible I spent ages trying to get through by phone one time being on hold for 12 mnutes then being told there was no one to take my call please call back also email response took four days to get a reply. I was sold an item then told I could not return it without giving me any valid reason after complaining I did get a refund

Online customer service is great. However the sales lady in Westfield was quite rude. No smiling face, not willing to help when I asked for the stock availability. Very disappointed.
