The customer services were very useful to helping me out to exchange a few items i recently bought it but I'm afraid came up at the wrong size.

I needed this order to arrive yesterday as promised.

The return was hard.

Shirt came stained, contacted them within an hour of receiving it. I was so excited to get the shirt too, as an attorney i wear a dress shirt daily. I usually order from a competitor, and this has never ever happened. After days of waiting for a reply from Hawes, Instead of helping me resolve this, I got directed through a network of other customer support completely separate from HAWES that made it very difficult to the point I’ve pretty much given up and will be accepting it as a loss and life lesson to not purchase from them ever again.

Great on every level! I am head over heel with my purchase and shopping experience. Hawes & Curtis a testament to quality and perfectly fitted garment for any gentleman seeking utter refinement in clothing in the ‘Prêt à porter’. Highly recommend this product or anything that Hawes & Curtis makes, disappointment is simply not part of their range, so if you’ve seen something you like, do not hesitate. Shirts were delivered late, so arrived while I was away. Was stolen from the door step as they were left without my authorisation and then told by Hawes and Curtis custom support that it's not their problem. They won't be sending a replacement or issuing a refund and to call the police.

Asked about this and was told that to ensure 'fairness' I would pay UK vat as well as local Vat. Thanks but I'll look elsewhere.

I've NEVER had delivery issues like this before - it's been almost a month since my package should have been delivered and I still don't have it. HC just pushed the problem off to someone else without helping at all.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good experience with the company. On two occasions I have ordered 2 shirts and each time only one has been sent out, the other out of stock. Full refund was offered, however this is not the point. Very disappointed and I won't be using Hawes and Curtis in the future.

I love the way my shirts fit which I also pair with cufflinks I also purchased.

So disappointed. Went to put jacket on for event. Security tag still attached. Occassion ruined. They offered for mentoring return item for refund. Not replacement? S Isn't there a store in Sydney that could unlock it? Never trusting this company again.

Although I ordered my usual size, the fit is smaller than expected — I recommend sizing up.
