I ordered 2 shirts, one was defective and I am being charged £3 to replace even though it is their fault and should be rectifying the defective item by replacing free of charge,

I would’ve given it a five but the delivery term was way too long.

Ordered on line. Informed of dispatch and delivery. Delivery did not happen. Helpful CS person tried to re order but could not so issued refund for all items when only 2 were out of stock? I have received three emails asking for a review!
