Disappointed with both the product and the service.
The shoes arrived visibly worn, which was incredibly disappointing. Reporting the issue has been a frustrating experience—customer service has been appalling throughout, with slow responses and a lack of accountability. I’m still waiting for confirmation on a refund, and the whole process has been far more difficult than it should be.

Slightly disappointed
As British citizens living abroad my husband prefers ordering his shirts from Hawes and Curtis, which we have done for years. Our friend was travelling from London to see us so we had the shirts delivered to his house. Unfortunately he didn’t get the last shirt which was out of stock and we had to order separately. Only if we were told about the out of stock item earlier the friend would have travelled with all of 8 shirts

Not for tall people.
Almost no sleeves in 37 inch length. When asking customer service they just asked my collar size. If you sell no or almost no shirts with 37 inch sleeves, just tell me. Going back to Charles Tyrwhitt.

Dear Hawes & Curtis Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and immense frustration with the service I have received so far. Nearly three weeks have passed since I placed an order for four shirts, yet I have received no communication regarding the status of my delivery - no tracking information, no estimated arrival date, and no follow-up email. I have not received my package but it says delivered. I have tried contacting customer service but haven’t gotten any positive response.

Great suit shocking customer service.
I'm more than happy with my Linen suit. However, I received an incorrectly sized item (40R as opposed to 48R) item so arranged a return. As I needed the replacement in a hurry I called to see if this could be hurried up. No was the answer returns take 10 days to process and postage on top of thus will be a further 5 days. I asked if I simply ordered a new item can delivery be expediated and the answer was no again. We only do 5 day delivery. So all in all inflexible and poor customer service.

Great customer service. I had cause to return 4 shirts out of 5 shirts and my refund came promptly. Even when there was error in refund calculations, I reached out and the balance was refunded promptly. I reside in Canada.

I have used H & C for years now and have seen a lot of staff come and go. To be frank the service now is not as good as it used to be. There are too many agents who do not seem to understand since they dont have English as their first language and lack an enthusiasm for menswear. However one or two - Jack being a shining example - are outstanding. Jack is the epitome of professionalism both in how he presents himself and speaks to his customers. . He is a credit to you.
