This is my second ring From HTR, both look great!

My husband and I bought customer wedding rings and were married last year. Unfortunately, he lost his ring in the water a couple of weeks ago. As we awaited the arrival of underwater metal detectors, I reached out to the business just in case we needed to order another. Carolyn was fantastic in her quick response. Crazy enough...after an underwater exploration with the equipment WE FOUND THE RING!! How cool is that?! Two weeks under water and the ring is as shiny as ever. We love our rings. It was scary to order them online but our trip to Kona was derailed by COVID so we did what we had to do. No regrets. Great sevice and exactly the product we wanted.

I ordered my ring in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, so of course the timing was not ideal for the company. They did an incredible job answering my questions before I placed my order, and keeping in touch with me on updates. There was a slight delay in processing time due to Covid-19, but they upgraded my shipping to make up for the delay. I got the Azurite Inlay ring about a month ago as a gift and it has been one of my favorites ever since. Amazing craftsmanship and durability. Very beautiful color and quality azurite. The inscription is perfect. Couldn't ask for a better ring.
