After wearing our rings for 10 years the outside finishing had begun to get worn and we began to be concerned for the Koa wood and crushed black pearl inlay. I contacted customer service about getting them refinished and Jerry was very kind and friendly, replying instantly with an address to send them in. He stated that if they could not refinish them one to like new they would redo the inlay on both! Very pleased and grateful that Hawaii Titanium truly takes care of their customers. Hope to one day be able to return to Hawaii and visit them!

Aloha! My wife and I bought our first pair of ring when we were on the Big Island in 2010. They were the colored metal flake (single groove on each, one blue, one purple) style and we have gotten so many compliments over the years. We LOVE them! In 2014 on our visit to the island, I wanted to get a replacement for my wedding band, as my original ring didn't fit my finger (different vendor) anymore. I brought it in to have you replicate it, with one of yours (including the inside engraving) with the blue metal flake in the two grooves. You were able to replicate it perfectly and I love looking down at it all the time. Now, in Dec. 2023 we came back by your headquarters (so happy to see you still in business after the pandemic) to see if you could repair my wife's original 2010 purchased ring. There was a very small crack in the purple metal flake resin in the groove. Not only did you jump to take care of it, no question, you also offered to take my two rings and would polish all three, along with the repair of the one. You would ship them to us when ready and a week and a half later, they were at our door, looking as good as new! Your customer service is only eclipsed by the beauty of your rings.
