About 5 years ago I lost my wedding band while vacationing on the big island. I came across Hawaii Titanium rings and had one designed. I have loved that ring! Recently we were on the big island again and I showed them my ring that was just starting to show some wear and they said they would clean it up and send it to me. All free of Charge! What great service! My ring looks like new! Much Mahalo!

For starters: I JUST got my ring(s), so I cannot speak to durability yet (hopefully I will remember to come update or leave another review after wearing for a while). HOWEVER, I can praise their customer service and the initial quality! My now fiance wanted an Opal ring, so I found a local custom jeweler that would create that for her as her engagement ring. But being a carpenter I have wanted a wood inlay ring for a very long time and had saved this website a while ago. I had narrowed down all my finish, size, and wood type options when I saw another ring photo that had koa wood and some kind of stone as two inlays. I tried creating with the wood I wanted and black opal to match her stone but couldn't in the drop boxes. I emailed to ask if this was possible and got a very timely response saying that it indeed was I just needed to put it in the comments and send a picture of her ring to match the opal color. When they saw her ring they called me and said it is beautiful and asked if they could make her a simple titanium band to wear when she is not wearing the Opal (they are more fragile than other stones especially to temperature swings and we live in WI) and when we said yes they even sent that to us for free! I ended up also getting a plain titanium band for wearing at work as work beats up my hands a lot and I do not want to wear mine there either. So customer service is amazing and I will recommend to everyone and surely return in the future for something :) Now for the rings. So we ended up getting three. Two plain titanium bands for every day wear which turned out perfectly and fit both of us very well and are very comfortable. My wedding ring is the titanium ring with a wider inlay of Macadamia Nut wood which looks awesome! I was hesitant buying something without seeing it in person but it turned out so well and just looks perfect. The grain and color and clarity of the wood are all stunning. Then there is also a narrower inlay of black opal that looks great...

My husband loves his new ring! It is comfortable and stylish!

My wife and I were on the Big Island last year and stopped in the store looking for replacements for our wedding bands. Carolyn was in the store and patiently showed us all of the options available, including finishes and other features. We each tried on multiple samples, and Carolyn judged the fit and made recommendations regarding widths and sizing. We were able to come to a final decision but decided also to continue looking around before making a purchase. Rather than complain that we had wasted her time, Carolyn wrote down all the pertinent information and told us to call or order online whenever we were certain. Nine months later, we ordered matching brushed titanium rings with yellow gold inlays. They are beautiful, comfortable and arrived quickly and exactly to our specifications. The rings are great but the customer service may even be better. Highly recommended.

I've been going to the Big Island for years and every time I 'm in Kona I stop at the 'Hawaii Titanium Rings' shop. I always want to make the purchase, but I never did...Until now. I was greeted by Mark, who explained the rings and details of how they are crafted to me and offered up quite a few choices of these amazing rings. Having an appreciation for Koa wood, I selected a Tiger Koa Wood ring. I slipped it on my finger and was surprised how comfortable the ring is, but not surprised how stylish it is. That was it, I finally did it, I made the purchase. Mark provided excellent customer service and explained their policy and commitment to always take care of the ring...for life! They went one step further. I went to the Big Island location where they make the rings and engrave them. They offered free engraving and had it all finished in five minutes. And, what great customer service! I'm not sure if one ring will be enough, I may have to pick up another on my next trip to Kona.

The rings were really great. Lots of compliments thus far. My wife's ring size was ordered incorrectly and Carolyn replaced it with the correct size in a very timely manner with no additional charge, and reshipped it. My wife and I are very pleased.

When my husband and I got married he wanted a 'unique' ring, and ultimately chose a koa ring. After years of constant wear, the ring still looks great and he gets a lot of compliments on it. The woodgrain is so pretty and really suits him. We just celebrated our 5-year anniversary (which is traditionally a "wood gift") and he got me a koa ring to match his. It's lovely - and very comfortable to wear. I definitely recommend this company and these rings! Side note: as a nervous bride when we ordered the original ring, I kept emailing them with concerns. They were SO communicative and kind; it was very reassuring!
