Aloha, I am writing this review to give high praise and craftsmanship and customer service to Hawaii Titanium Rings. My husband and I live on Oahu, Hawaii, and just celebrated our 30th Anniversary. We took a trip to Kona to celebrate this milestone that not everyone has the privilege to experience. We wanted to mark this special occasion by gifting us with Koa Titanium Rings! My husband viewed your website and he knew that your store was the one. We flew into Kona, went to your shop in Kona near Costco, but it was closed. So, I mentioned to my husband, that there is another shop in Kona town. There we met a beautiful Hawaiian lady, Lehua, who assisted and showed us the plethora of rings that were there. She also mentioned that the workshop store was closed as the owner took a quick trip to Maui for a "pop-up-makeke". Lehua was well informed, knowledgeable, and kind in assisting our needs. We ended up choosing, for me a Titanium Fire Koa Ring 6mm, and my husband a Titanium White Koa 8mm ring. The Koa itself have their own shine and color distinctions to them, and these two, although not the same type of Koa, matched PERFECTLY! THUS, we found our perfect match of locally made Koa 30th Anniversary Wedding Ring set! My wife purchased a wedding ring 5 years ago. Since then, I must have done something to it. It developed a small crack which let water seep into the wood and discolor it. We sent it in for repair as instructed. We received it back about two weeks later. It looks as it did the first day it was placed on my finger. It was the same ring with the special engraving on it. This company did what they promised. Could not be happier with the customer service they provided. Awesome!!!!!!!
