it's really cute, and I love that you're creating things like this for the invisible disability community. sadly, the first one I received fell off my bag as wasn't glued properly onto the pin, and the team were great in getting me a replacement sent out - which did exactly the same. I haven't been in touch about it because I can fix this one up myself and honestly, use more and stronger glue. I also simply don't have the spoons to keep following up with the additional admin. . ! I've always loved and supported HoD and will of course continue to, but this has been really disappointing in terms of quality.
