Hat arrived promptly. Packaged well, with no damage to the hat. I bought the lt. green, and it was just as depicted on the website. Too often I've ordered hats online and color didn't match, box was too small for a wide brim, put 4 hats in one box with no separation, damaging hats. I couldn't be more satisfied with the total experience of this purchase. Looking 4ward 2 the next purchase one Burgandy and one pink.

Hey, I paid for shipping protection but I think all your fedora's should be shipped in a proper hat box without the extra cost which would invite more future purchase's.
