I used to enjoy ordering from Hat Club because the hats arrived quickly and the shipping costs felt reasonable. Recently, though, the experience has changed. Orders are taking over 10 days to arrive, which is a big difference from before. On top of that, prices have gone up, and I noticed the shipping fees don’t make sense anymore. When I add one hat to the cart, the shipping cost is fair — but if I add a second hat, the shipping cost doubles, which feels unnecessary and disappointing. I hope Hat Club addresses these issues, because the products are still good, but the overall experience is not what it used to be.
