Purchased this figure to get the free shipping along with another purchase. Not my first choice, but all the other new and upcoming figures I was looking at and excited about were disappointingly listed as sold out. What might be a situation meant to drive fans to purchase the premium membership was actually a discouragement. I’m not interested in paying extra for a membership on a website where the things I actually want most are so quickly sold out esp. during preorder, despite being plenty available on other “fan channel” retailers that charge more plus shipping, for items both in stock and still only in predorder phase. HasbroPulse’s practices make it seem like a headache more than ever, just to enjoy this collecting hobby and get the characters I want, at a reasonable price. Plus consumers and fans don’t like to feel like they’re being manipulated somehow. Feels like that sometimes with collecting Star Wars Hasbro goodies, esp. the Vintage Collection line so many of us love and have spent a lot of money on over the years, for ourselves and also for our kids. Hope this feedback helps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) I really love the figures I can get on Hasbro Pulse — the selection is awesome, and it’s one of the best places to find collectibles I’ve been searching for. However, the website tends to glitch pretty often. Sometimes it freezes, won’t load pages, or has errors when I try to check out. I really hope the website issues can get fixed soon because I genuinely want to continue purchasing more from here. Once the site is running smoothly, it’ll be a perfect experience!

Poor shipping prep, non-existent customer service, and I am a member! My package came in mangled, I immediately emailed customer service on June 21st with pics and received no response. I followed up with another email on 26 June, still no response. It's now June 29th, still no response.

Soooo inconsistent. I don’t understand why 2nd hand sellers sell Hasbro merchandise before Hasbro sells them. Hasbro also locks you into a sell months before they even release
