The items arrived with no damage but I wish Hasbro would package with better protection. I’m happy nothing happened but felt lucky.

Please fix my account, I haven’t done all the basic things. Clear cache, reset my phone, uninstall and reinstall my app. Even my account on line is affected. This is horrible customer service.

The card was bent and left with stress marks and this is the thicker stock.

My orders 01721439 and 01716226 were canceled because Hasbro pulse charged my Discover card $1. 00 (which was rejected) and not the actual purchase prices. My Credit card is only used for online purchases like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair with no problems. I have used this card for purchases with Hasbro Pulse in the past with no issues; please advise

Amazing figure, however my copy’s wheels seem to be slightly misaligned leading to him rolling poorly. Additionally there is a small issue with one of the tabs on his arm, causing it to not properly stick into the truck all the way. Neither of these are major issues, but are still annoying.

This Star Wars Black Series set with Imperial Guard Luke and Boushh is absolutely fantastic! The details on both figures are great, especially the all-new head for Leia.

Please give us a new slave Leia in the black series
