It was so easy to order your toothsome cheeses, and the delivery was quick and efficient. Enjoying the delights of Hartington Creamer!!!

Sent the cheese etc in a basket for a birthday present and they were delighted with the packaging and the quality of the product. Spoke to someone at Hartington a couple of times and they were very polite and helpful.

Royal mail lost package due website app failure

After completing the order form for a gift for my sister, I received an invoice the following day which had an incorrect delivery address on. The invoice stated the products would be dispatched that day. I immediately phoned Hartington Creamery and spoke to a very polite and understanding gentleman who changed the details without issue. The product was delivered to my sister the following day. She was absolutely delighted with all of the contents of the gift. I was delighted and very grateful for the quality of both the products and the service.

Ordered 5. 30pm Wednesday it arrived Friday midday - perfect service and tasty contents.

A very good service. Our order was delivered speedily. There was one item missing, but when we reported it, the missing item was sent out immediately and received the next day. As a result, we are glad to report that Derby, Red Derby and Skegness Blue are all lovely cheeses that we'll be ordering again. We've tested them on several visitors, who also agree. Dovedale Blue was also lovely, but you already know that!
