The boxes are beautiful and arrived quickly and well-wrapped. I believe I ordered the standard size box without the interior clip hinge but it has one. Can anything be done about it?

Ordered on line. Arrived in good time and packaged with care. Can't fault.

Lovely company, always good to have upfront communication about timescales, I never mind waiting for a product when I understand why. Well packaged and cute leaflet telling me the person who packed my order, really makes it personal.

Very efficient and album was well packaged.

Rolls Royce service, beautifully packaged, excellent communication and prepared to go the extra mile in giving us what we wanted.

Lovely work 👏 👌

Delighted with this beautifully made product. It is truly bespoke and the recipients will be thrilled with their very original Christmas gift! Thank you!

Beautiful jewellery box. Purchased as a gift.

Really good service and definitely happy with the photo album.

Beautifully made Only given you four stars this time because the last batch I ordered had 4-ring binders whereas the latest batch only had 2-ring binders which is a little disappointing. Did I miss something with the ordering options?

I adore my new jewellery box. It's such a pleasure to open it everyday. I will definitely buy another one as a gift eventually because it really does feel so special. For a bespoke item, crafting and delivery was very quick!

The photo album and the general service has been excellent

Thank you. The keepsake box is very beautiful and arrived very promptly

Very happy with the design and quality.

Absolutely beautiful.

The album was a 30th birthday gift for my daughter, and she described it as beautiful.

Beautifully hand made

Absolutely beautiful. Thank you

Sheer Quality

I am beyond thrilled with the album. I chose it to hold family photos from the 1930's which I have just traced after 80 years. It is indeed a very special album. The design and quality are wonderful and the care in packaging excellent.
