Tote Bag and Bottle was never ordered. I got 2 diffrent shipments with a tote bag and bottle each. Having my payment on file with Harmless Harvest is what caused this cheating and fake orders. I bet thousands of customers ended up with tote bags and Plastic bottles they never ordered. Organic coconut water UN ORGANIC BIZ PRACTICE.

Hello team, I hope you're doing well. I’m writing to report an issue with the recent delivery of coconut water. Upon receiving the package, I noticed that the bottles were completely misaligned inside the box. Some of them were wet, which caused the cardboard packaging to become soaked and eventually tear open. Additionally, I noticed a slight change in the taste of the coconut water, which raises concerns about possible leakage or compromised quality during transit. Terrible packaging. Ordered two 12
Terrible packaging. Ordered two 12 packs and the box arrived damaged with both inner boxes busted open and wet. Suggestion: use styrofoam and not cardboard to ship frozen product bc the moisture ruins the boxes. I will not be ordering from harmless harvest again.

The inside main box was
The inside main box was delivered completely soaked with a bottle that was busted. I had to individually go through each of the bottles to find the bottle with the issue (inconvenience). I love your product though but disappointed in how it was packaged without Care due to the expense of the product. I’ll purchase again, but hopefully you’ll take a better note of my concern for myself and others regarding better future packaging. Thank you for asking. 😎
