I previously expressed my thoughts on how poor of an experience I had with customer service, in my review of the coconut water. In brief I will say that the coconut water was delicious, however the customer service was/is terrible.

The water is delicious and very hydrating, however the customer service is not memorable! I placed an order for (1) case of the 10oz 12pack and (1) case of the 10oz 24pack. I only received the (1) case of the 10oz 12pack. Both packages were shipped but the (1) case of the 10oz 24pack was damaged in transit and was undeliverable, according to the FED EX website. I sent a customer service note to HARMLESS HARVEST with screenshots and pictures from the FED EX driver and from the FED EX website. It is going on a week since I sent message, and no one has gotten back to. That to me is unacceptable! Which is why I cancelled my subscription.

Poor customer service

The drink had delivered with a broken box and wet and there are some bottle was leaking. I had email customer on Monday, they reply me 4 day later and ask me more picture to prove? ? I’m like, seriously? You don’t clean these wet and dirty bottle for 4 days? Really bad. I probably just buy it from the store from now
