I love this to help me unwind and relax enough to fall asleep.

I had a problem with the post office delivering my order. They ended up returning my order back to Happy Hippo. I confirmed with HH that the address was correct and that the post office just screwed it up. Happy Hippo immediately shipped it UPS and I received the package in a couple of days. This was without a doubt, the best customer service response that I've received in years. Even though my order was delayed through no fault of their own, they solved the problem as quickly as possible. And they did it all for free. They bore the cost of the post offices mistake and didn't try to push it off on me. In this day and age that is above and beyond just plain exceptional customer service. They actually put me the customer in front of profit. Thank you so much.
