I’ve been a longtime Happy Hippo buyer, and while the Kratom itself is usually excellent, the packaging is infuriating. It makes the powder difficult to scoop out because the mouth to the bag is narrow. There’s not enough rigidity, so if there are any krinkles in the bag it ejects powder everywhere in a big puff. I’ve lost at least three grams because of this in this bag alone. The short scoop I paid a buck for is essentially useless and only makes this worse. I understand this is a niche complaint but it is endlessly frustrating.

I don't buy Kratom anywhere else! I have been a loyal Happy Hippo customer since 2018 and will continue to be!
