Out of the last 5 orders, only 2 came complete with everything I ordered. Any other occasion I end up missing carts, or sent 2 grams when I ordered 3 gram carts.

I love the products normally but this time they sent an empty package. I tried to reach out to customer service but no response. It just sucks that I spent 40 and can’t get a refund or replacement.

I absolutely love ordering from this company. The website is very easy to use, easy check out. They have great customer service people if you have an issue they are very fast to fix it and make it right. I will be ordering my vapes, Gummy’s, and pre-rolls right from them. The only thing I wish is, they didn’t have as many out of socks as they do, but I also understand that’s more of the more popular stuff, but they are very fast to get their product back in to sell

Normally I'm Happi, with my orders but I realized that a couple of my items weren't what I thought they were when I received my confirmation within minutes of placing my order. I contacted Happi and explained the problem and asked for a change of the items. I didn't receive any correspondence until it was packaged and then was told that at that point it couldn't be changed. I'm upset because I tried to change it immediately! The cartridges that I got don't always work with the battery item that I have to get from my local Vape store. So then I can't even use the cartridges! I will be more careful on future orders but I've got several cartridges that I didn't want.
