I love this company, very quick to ship and they are very helpful if any problems arise!

Should be more clear and helpful with customers trying to cancel orders. Dan told me everything except how to cancel my order and then told me he wasn't able to because it had been shipped even though I reached out and got unhelpful responses 2 days before it was shipped.

I’m very glad with my experience from Happi. They are very respectful, and will fully help you out to your satisfaction. I once lost my package because of a snow storm and they refunded my purchase no problem!! I’m very thankful!! And when I was sent a defective they sent me a brand new one! I love Happi.

0 stars. They claim it takes 3-5 days but it actually takes weeks. poor customer service aswell. 5 days and they have only managed to create a shipping label
