Experienced the pillow at a hotel - Monterey Plaza - loved it - ordered it upon returning home - still love it

The hybrid pillow, natural duvet, and natural topper are is the same bedding used at the hotel arts (ritz carlton barcelona) and is absolutely the most comfortable bedding I have slept on. I have been stayed at the ritz london, st. regis in deer valley as well as new york, many cruise lines, and countless other hotels. this is the bedding to purchase. you will not regret it.

I had used Hanse bedding products in a hotel that I was staying in and loved how they felt. I decided to purchase my own set when I got home, but I realized I wasn't sure of the exact product I had. I guessed incorrectly and purchased the wrong pillow (it was still a great product, but it wasn't what I was looking for). Hanse made everything right by not only checking their records to see what product the hotel stocked but also sending the pillow that I had been looking for this whole time. I was truly astounded by the level of customer care Hanse offered, and I will happily return as customer for future bedding purchases.

We just received our new mattress. We had stayed in the Renaissance Paris Vendome, and in the Monterrey Plaza, we looked up the label and in both cases it was the Hanse Diamond mattress. So happy to have it at home now. Custom manufacturing only took two weeks to our exact size and delivery was fast (one week to Dallas, TX) and perfect.

where else will you find a company whose employee thought about a possible order error in the middle of the night and emailed to check and make sure it was right?!?! so. impressed. and a customer for life!

I received excellent telephone advice from a very likeable employee who paid attention to my needs and took a lot of time to clarify all questions about the fullest satisfaction. The delivery took place quickly, and a little ambiguity was promptly clarified. Since then I've been sleeping like a princess on clouds. That was a great decision to choose the Hanseatic Premium 1000+.

Shipping was fast but the pillow is awful and I believe you should stand by your product and take all returns.
