Company really wants you, the customer to be happy. They were one step ahead of me. A Halloween product didn't work and after submitting my review, they immediately sent me a new one. It came in in less than five days. I will definitely use this company again.

Overall, a good product -
Overall, a good product - Room for the chairs to fit under the table & rocking is pleasant - Would recommend a small bottle of touch-up paint as there were several areas that had scratches - Had a custom spray paint I used to spray the umbrella center hole cover - Did not want to pull the cap & leave a large gapping hole in the center of the table.....

New Patio Furniture
I am very pleased with the product, looks exactly like the photo on line. What I am most impressed by is the service. I had ordered, what appears to be the exact same product, from another provider and it was listed as "a quick ship item". Upon placing the order I was notified it would be 4-6 weeks before it shipped. Oh well, I waited until the 5th week to check on my order and after being passed to several sources to answer my question over several days, I was finally notified that my product was no longer in stock and might be available in October if at all. I wonder when they would have told me this if I hadn't started checking on it. I found the Hanover site, and like I said what appears to be the exact same product, and it was "on sale". I placed my order on a Monday and it was on my patio by Friday. I am very pleased and highly recommend the Hanover company.

We were promptly emailed as soon as our replacement cushions once again were in stock. The trucking company called us to set up an appointment for delivery at our convenience, and delivered as promised, and in perfect condition. We ordered the Hanover 6 pc patio set 3 years ago and absolutely love it!!
