Their customer service is just awesome. This is our second Hanover item and we're very pleased. The chairs are very comfortable and we find people "linger" after a meal and converse.

The entire set arrived without damage and when I called customer service with a question, they answered the phone quickly and easily provided my answer.

Our sling chairs were just as we expected - arrived extremely well-packed with no obvious damage. Delivery was seamless by the local carrier. I highly recommend!
