Shipping takes longer from the US to CA, but they were very honest about it. They give updates on the delivery tracking. They are also very responsive to every enquiry.

I ordered two more medium-sized pads to bring me up to five medium pads. I learned that the little ones don’t work for my body, but the medium ones are perfect! Washing is super easy, I just soak with washing soda and borax and then rise and repeat if needed. They’re great pads, super soft, and I save money in the long run! Very happy with my second purchase!

Absolutely love what Hannah offers and what the company does for the world. Your company helps me take charge of my health, spending, and the big one for me is reduced plastic waste! Plastic pads always gave me chaffing, UTIs, rashes, irritation, and knowing the old ones are still somewhere in a landfill just creeps me out to no end. Knowing I have a way to manage my flow with probiotic soap, organic pads and Hanna products is a great freeing feeling in a plastic dominated world. The soap works wonders for even month old stains! Many people might not be into it but would recommend the products to those who would try it.

Customer service is excellent. I emailed a question and they were quick to respond. The shipping was quick and the packing was really nice. I will be purchasing for more women. The pads are beautiful, well made, and make a wonderful gift.

Wish I started using them sooner

My order accidentally got switched with someone else's and I received the wrong package. I sent them an email letting them know, they had already realized the error and had my order in transit. They provided a return label for me to return the other order. I am so happy with my order. I have not tried all the items I ordered yet, but I absolutely love the pads with slip prevention and the shorts/underwear with built in padding. The biggest problem I had had with reusable fabric pads and underwear was that I struggled to track my flow with black fabric items. hannah brand was the first I'd seen with the beige option and it makes a world of difference for me. So happy with these products and will certainly be a return customer.

Just a really good experience from the start with this company and these life changing products. It's still a little weird using originally female products/underwear, but with comfort, performance, and overall cost being so much better than it ever was for me I don't ever see going back to traditional pads or pantyliners. I have had very patient and helpful customer service, and absolutely positive experience with my Hannah panties!

Very good. I wrote explaining I am an elder, not a young women needing period care. The company responded by sending along free samples of different types and sizes of pads for me to try.
