Great company to do business with!

decided on the Handy SAM after reading reviews and talking with others that have tables. lift gate delivery was a joke, driver just slid off into my pickup. For the money there should be grip strips included for ramp ( yes I learned the hard way) Side extensions should be more reasonable priced ( fabricated my own ) Tie down slots at front end interfere with lift frame when in the down position. all in all I'm satisfied and recommend

Great purchase experience. Once purchased it was shipped out within 3 days and at my shop within 5 days. It was nicely packaged and secured to a pallet. Piece of cake setting it up and it works perfectly.

The parts came quick. Parts looked good no imperfections. The only thing is maybe a better description of the orientation sequence. The only reason why I bought my lift in a box. But that was a me problem.
