I happened upon the store at Manhattan Beach and was happy to do so. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was better than any department store that carries them. I shared with them a particular bag that I purchased which had sold out at all stores and found a store online Sheiyah Market in Berlin OH that had it and shipped to me. I receive so many compliments when using it. My adult daughters have the habit of bowering it! Sorry I forgot the name of the bag - it was a bubble gum pink color leather and suede like that has a strap to carry by hand or change to a comfortable wristlet. I love all my bags by Hammitt.
