I had ordered 2 flannels online. When the package arrived, there was only 1 flannel in the package. I emailed Hales customer support expecting to hear back in a day or 2. Colin emailed me back moments later and said they confirmed they had the other shirt and he was going to ship it out. All this happened in the same day. Talk about service. The folks at Hales are absolutely the best.
