Just got my hands on the Bad Moon Snapback from Hale’s Speed Shop and it’s instantly one of my favorite pieces in the collection. The black crown has that perfect heather texture, and the chunky blue 3D embroidered “HALES” lettering with the brown outline pops like crazy — especially under the full-moon backdrop they used in the product shots. The bright blue brim gives it a sharp two-tone contrast that makes the whole hat feel premium and intentional. The fit is spot-on high-profile snapback — structured front panels that hold their shape, adjustable strap in the back, and it sits just right whether I’m cruising on the bike or layering it with a flannel. I added the matching werewolf hot-rod pin on the front panel (right next to the logo) and it ties the whole “Bad Moon” theme together perfectly — that little beast looks like he’s ready to howl under the moonlight. Quality is exactly what you expect from Hale’s: clean stitching, no loose threads, and the fabric feels durable enough to survive Chicago wind, garage hangs, and Sunday cruises.
