Customer service is great! A product arrived busted open in the shipping box, and customer service responded to my email within a couple of days. They offered to send me a whole new product and offered a discount on my next purchase.

Great product! I’d love to try one for my daughter’s extremely fine and oily hair.

After hearing from a hairdresser online that this will change your hair for the best, tried it on my long hair, the amount recommended is a lot and the price point is high so needless to say I’m not impressed on the results or the benefits of this product (bought two different kind Original and Rich). Better have a deep mask conditioner and a clean shampoo.

My product gave me a serious rash behind my ears, on my neck and down my chest! I had to go to the dermatologist and also pay for a prescription cream. I'd like Hairstory to refund my money at least!
