Lovely packaging and easy ordering process

I love New Wash so so much, but as someone living on minimum wage I don't have the money to put toward "luxury" products. I truly wish there was more transparency about pricing and more realistic pricing expectations for a product that requires so much volume to use.

My order came in busted but I contacted customer service and they actually responded within 20 minutes which is unheard of!! Sent me confirmation of a replacement coming my way. Really exceptional service! Keep it up!
