I was initially a bit disappointed with how long it took for the hair to arrive—it ended up being about a month. However, I reached out to customer service, and they were kind enough to offer a $10 refund for the inconvenience of missing my hair appointment, which I really appreciated. That said, the hair itself is fantastic quality and has been serving me really well, so no complaints there! While the experience didn’t start off perfectly, I’m very happy with the results in the end.

Receiving the product to a very long time, almost a month. The hair was washed and not as curly as the picture on the site. For what I paid I expected better.

The shipping period and customer service to me, I find it ok. The only thing which is not ok is the restocking time. Why would you wait for the old stock to be sold out to restock again? when you know restocking takes long?

Great hair product. Shipping definitely needs improvement! The email response is good but generic after taking a month to send. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a note, points or something for the inconvenience and lengthy delay. I was definitely happy the hair was still amazing as my previous order's.
