The product may be fine. It's not what I needed. I have tried to return the item, unused. The website return portal does not work properly. The prompts don't specify what information is needed. I've tried sending several emails and I called the customer service phone number. I left a message and have never heard back from any email or phone call.

So I got the Satin-Lined, Convertible Nap Cap™ with Hidden Eye Mask. It’s very soft and silky feeling. What I like most about it though is that it’s very snug but has a lot of room at the top. I like to sleep with my hair rolled up in socks on the very crown of my head and this holds it in place great, they don’t flop around in my sleep like with other loose hair bonnets. It made sleeping with my hair curled much more comfortable!
