To start, I’m a purple belt who trains a lot. I am 6ft tall and weigh 210 and the A3 fits just right. Since purchasing this gi I’ve rolled hard in it three times and enjoyed the experience. It has held up well, fits well and I really enjoy it. No complaints looking forward to buying more from Habrok!

I've had at least 2 scoops a day since I got it a couple weeks ago. I cramp a lot regardless of the amount of water I drink. Training MMA, I just sweat a ton and after two hour sessions twice a day its inevitable. That being said, I haven't cramped once. It mixes well, taste good and fits in my bag just fine. I've added this to my daily supps.
