VERY GOOD STUFF
I use this product in every training session and it keeps me energized throughout my workout. I would normally pick up your regular canned energy drink before I hit the mats but they either hurt my stomach or drain me quicker when I would get into my sparring sessions of the day. I normally use two scoops into a 33 fluid oz. bottle of water to last me through my 2 hour sessions. So far I'm loving it and don't feel as exhausted after my workouts and fits easily in my bag to take with me everywhere.

Great Light weight GI! I ordered a A1H and I'm 5 "6" 157 pounds. It fits a bit large. Going to wash and throw it in the dryer in hopes of some small shrinking.
