Good so far

I have tried 2 other mushroom coffees Ryze and Cuppa. I honestly think I like this coffee better than both. What I can honestly say is Habit one tastes so much better than Ryze and I was a devout Ryze drinker for 3 years! Cuppa was good but I didn’t get the energy boost I got from Ryze. After 2 weeks drinking Habit One I feel the energy boost but also this past week I have noticed other benefits as well like better sleep and better focus. I’m glad I bought 2 bags because I’m drinking 2 cups a day, it tastes really good without grit, no nastiness at the bottom of my cup!

I just finished my first bag of Habit One- so I can only comment on what I know so far. The taste is earthy and full bodied and I particularly enjoy that. It doesn’t make me feel jittery like two cups of coffee would and yet I feel super alert and focused. I have not yet noticed any weight loss, (or less bloating etc. ) like promises. I am holding out a final comment on that until I have given this a 90 day trial window. So far so good- part of what is promised is delivered. That said the most important thing for me is cortisol reset, less water retention and hopefully drop a few Lbs.
