I just finished my first bag of Habit One- so I can only comment on what I know so far. The taste is earthy and full bodied and I particularly enjoy that. It doesn’t make me feel jittery like two cups of coffee would and yet I feel super alert and focused. I have not yet noticed any weight loss, (or less bloating etc. ) like promises. I am holding out a final comment on that until I have given this a 90 day trial window. So far so good- part of what is promised is delivered. That said the most important thing for me is cortisol reset, less water retention and hopefully drop a few Lbs.

I love it, but too pricey for me.

It's good coffee. The bag is a bit small for my hand. And I guess continued use will help me get the results i want.

I have tried every brand of mushroom coffee on the market. And habit one is one of the best I've ever tried. It tastes the most like real coffee, not like dirt or mushrooms like some of them. It dissolves nicely. There's no sludge left on the bottom of your cup. I only need one cup a day. I have been a coffee drinker my whole adult life and when I started drinking mushroom coffee I thought I would miss real coffee and I don't. My body feels much better.
