Fast customer service
Monza game arrived quickly by mail but was missing one die and one of the cars, which we realized upon opening the box. After we emailed customer service, a new (complete) set of game pieces were sent within 24 hours. Great customer service to fix the problem!

HABA is quality, excellent customer service, and fantastic product design.
HABA is my go-to for gifts for my kids and all my friends' kids. There is no better quality, customer service, and product design. I love the Kullerbu and Little Friends collections, as well as their board games and magnetic-based play toys. Everything we have had is such excellent quality compared to toys we have bought elsewhere. My kids use our HABA toys daily, and they are not particularly careful with them. They hold up so well that I plan to save some of the favorites for my future grandkids. I can't recommend HABA enough; we've had so many positive experiences and have purchased not only toys for our kids but keepsakes they will be able to pass to theirs if they so choose.
