We love GUNNER because not only do I feel safe traveling with our dogs in the crates but they are 100% safe the entire time we are traveling and at events/competitions. If you are looking for a sign… DO IT!!

Good product. But horrible customer service they send you coupons to use then have a million and one reasons why you can’t use them.

The main problem issue I have with this fan is that it’s LOUD. I mean, really loud. My dogs squeeze over to the opposite idea of their crates if it’s on. My other issue is that, because I have medium crates, this fan is mounted on the side. So it blows above my dog’s body. That may not be a huge issue since it does move air through the crate. But if you have your crates side by side as I do…side mount is less than ideal! I ended up getting 2 Ryobi fans with 2 batteries for far less than I paid for this fan. They’re much easier to use, and the batteries last all day. Gunner crates get an A+ from me. But IMO the fan is hugely overpriced and lacks the flexibility of other options. And the water bowl, while great for keeping its contents where they belong, is super expensive. If there’s ever a sale, I’ll consider getting a second one but not at SRP!

I am gonna start by saying that I have loved this Kennel for the last 6months. We have I GSD Husky mix who is high anxiety when left alone at home for extended periods of time. I got this kennel because it came with a Lifetime Guarantee and their statement of it being virtually Bombproof. I also have seen online how it survived car accidents. My dog chewed trough the bottom of the door panel within 6months. The edges are sharp and seem soft. When contacting costumer service about it with potential help I was sent a link to their warranty (which apparently seems to cover nothing except manufacturing defects), told that I should file the edges (which will most likely make the situation worse seeing how he now has leverage) and to train my dog (in more professional words but yeah). Let me tell you that I have worked with a trainer and that he came from a trainer. This dog is a rehome and yes he is crate trained. He goes into it no problems and stays there he can even sleep in it no problem. We can leave the house for short periods with no problem. I felt this was very unprofessional on their end and I hate that they advertise these things but then a high anxiety dog gets through it. No I recognize that I should have looked further into the warranty, however with it saying lifetime guarantee it is quite misleading. If you have a dog that is known to escape or a dog with high anxiety please don’t get this kennel! $1000 for 6months is just entirely too much money to spent, and customers service really won’t hell you with it either. And if you do want to get this kennel make sure you read all of the fine print and warranty, because what is shown again quite misleading. Again I realize that my situation is partly my own fault, but I feel like the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional. I have attached pictures and one showing how comfortable he is in his kennel.

I have recently purchased 3 of the Gunner Kennels (2 intermediates and 1 medium) We have a German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, and a Mini Aussie! I cannot wait to put these kennels to use! Assembly was quick and easy, I also purchased 3 fans to go along with the kennels! We are a military family and move from place to place so having a safe ride for the dogs is very important and gives me a peace of mind while driving! I use to work as a dog trainer for a company and these are the only kennels we used and was waiting for the day I can 3 of my own! It’s definitely an investment, but they will last forever and are amazing quality! Thank you Gunner Kennels for making such an awesome addition to so many pets lives and keeping them safe everyday!

My dog loves the crate. I knew it wouldn't fit in my car assembled. So I assembled it inside the car so it was a bit trick to assemble due to super confined spacing on my end but would have been a breeze to assemble at home or in a truck bed. I wish I had NOT given this company my real email address the overwhelming amount of marketing emails I've received from them in the past 2 weeks is ridiculous! I almost wish I hadn't ordered from them. I don't want to block their email incase there is an important safety/recall/something email...but seriously way too much unwanted spam emails from them!

Does not cover the door. So you have to buy a $200 door cover that does not work. There are universal kennel covers that are significantly less expensive that do a way better job at keeping my dog dry and warm.

Hello, the G1 Kennel is a very well thought and durable product. However, my treatment by Gunner as a new customer has been disappointing. This kennel was an investment that is warranted by the safety it provides to my dog. That being said, it was a stretch for my family budget. I did notice that there was a "Refer a Buddy" incentive where a referred NEW customer would receive $50 off a $250+ purchase. Given that I was a new customer that spent a lot of time researching kennels on the market, I had inquired if I could obtain the $50 discount even though I was not referred by anyone and chose GUNNER based on my own research. I was informed by "customer service" that I was outside the parameters of any promotion and that there wasn't anything that they could do to extend a discount like that offered to NEW customers that were REFERRED. Extending some type of discount would have been a small and simple gesture that would have gained a lifetime and loyal customer. A little bit would have went a long way. This is confusing to me. It seems that GUNNER would not only want to incentivize and establish relationships to NEW customers that were referred by existing customers, but also reward and foster relationships with NEW customers (like me) that take the time to do their own research and comparison with other kennel brands on the market. I think these would be the customers likely to be the most loyal to GUNNER in the long run. Such is the case for me: I am very loyal to the companies that I buy from because they make excellent products and, as important, provide excellent customer service and loyalty to their customers. I believe the total package warrants a premium. While I believe the actual GUNNER G1 Kennel is solid, well-designed, and safe, my experience with GUNNER as a new customer has been very disappointing. I understand GUNNER’s position with their promotions and their ability to apply them as they see fit and their choice to not provide me with any discount. ...

Great product and easy to clean. Dog chewed a hole in outer shell overnight. Called gunner for a replacement cover and was told they do not offer that and I would have to spend another $130 which I will not be.

Best company, great customer service and awesome products

Customer service is unmatched. I reached out several times with questions prior to purchase and they were always quick to respond. One time I sent in a question on a weekend and someone reached out first thing Monday to make sure I had been helped and to see if I needed anything additional Kennel arrived undamaged in high quality packaging with all parts included from the bundle.

The box the kennel arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was very smooth and the kennel was very easy to put together.
