Great service Jacket fits well and looks good

The service was excellent. The only observation is the picture of my coat implies the braiding round the edge is a lot lighter than it actually is. The coat is very lovely though

Always helpful and efficient. I recently ordered the Isla coat in Deep Plum. I have loved the look of this coat for a while. I didn’t feel the colour was right for me, although it was lovely. After calling, it was suggested that if a Navy coat in my size was returned (it was out of stock), I would hear back. It happened efficiently within a day or two and I now have the coat in navy. I have only had to return a couple of items. The team are always helpful.
