I just got it . And battery died

The AU$300 watch I purchased came wrapped in bubble wrap & brown paper. No presentation box despite clearly advertising it came with one on your website. As this was a gift I contacted your customer service department straight away only to be told that it should have come with a box but they couldn’t give me a definitive response as to whether one had been sent separately, or if in fact they had any in stock to send to me!!! I insisted on returning the watch for a full refund which was easy enough to do - I’m waiting on the refund to be processed. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from Guess again
