The watch arrived broken!!! Customer service told me that I could get a replacement but NEVER responded to follow up emails about what I needed to do to get it. It’s still in the box so I have no idea how it works. The quality and customer service has been disappointing!!!

You told me i was going to get a disccount after buying the watch, the disccount i got was nos the one you told me it was going to be, and after i contact you for the issue your costumer assitant just keep on telling me that "I DID GET THE DISCOUTN" even when i send proof that i did not get it due to an exchange rate problem, when i should have got 45. 55 USD i got 45. 55 MEXICAN PESOS, so i got 2 USD and after talking multiple times with the asistant i just got the same answer, "WE DID THE 45. 55 USD REFUND", i sent you my bank account, the paypal balance with the REAL refund and after all of that you just stop asnwering
