I purchased two Guess watches on August 30, and I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I wore one of the watches only twice before it stopped working. The small hand that indicates the date also fell off. It hasn’t even been 30 days, and I expected a defective item to be exchanged, especially when it was barely used. Most places offer an exchange or replacement for defective merchandise within 30 days. I’m very disappointed with the quality and the experience. It’s not worth my time or money to have the watch repaired. Unfortunately, I would not purchase another Guess watch.
