The watch itself is good and I like the product quality. However, my experience with pricing has been very disappointing. I purchased the watch for 300 AUD as shown on the website. After receiving the product, I noticed the price tag on the watch mentioned 170 USD. Even after converting USD to AUD, there is still a significant price difference of around 60 AUD. The online price also changed shortly after my purchase, which added to the confusion. I reached out to customer support, but the issue has not been resolved so far. This was my first time ordering from Guess, and feeling overcharged has really affected my trust in the brand. The product is good, but the pricing discrepancy and lack of resolution made the overall experience poor.
